Group Rides This Weekend | Weekend of March 5, 2022

This Saturday:

Eleni is leading the ride and will kick off the first week of Women's History Month with rides to Sister's Pizza and Second Chance Beer Lounge, which are owned and co-owned by women.

Start: Uptown Bicycles - Normal Heights

3426 Adams Ave., San Diego, CA 92116

As always, we’ll meet at 10:30am. We’ll have coffee and beverages while we gather, and will depart the Normal Heights shop around 11:00am.

Distance: ~ 10 Miles

Finish: We’ll finish the ride back at the Normal Heights shop, sometime around 2:30pm.

*We are open to suggestions and itinerary changes along the way.

This Sunday

THIS SPECIAL SUNDAY RIDE LEAVES NORMAL HEIGHTS AT 8:30am SHARP!

Distance: ~ 60 Miles

Elevation: ~ 🤷‍♂️

Route: This Sunday we're teaming up with the Pedals and Pints BREWCREW (PPBC), a south-bay based bicycle club that lives and rides by the code "RIDE BIKES - DRINK BEER - DO GOOD."

They're a lot like us, so we are excited to cosponsor their club event this weekend. Their ride begins at at Rouleur Brewing North Park at 8am. They will swing by Uptown Bicycles to pick us up, and we will join them.

Riders of the PPBC ride may have different paces, but the Uptown Bicycles portion of the group will maintain the same pace we typically do on Sundays.

We are very excited to join this ride. As always, post ride eats and drinks at Rouleur Brewing North Park. All riders will get 15% off food and beers! And this week we will have a lot more cyclists to hang out with post-ride. :-)
